This Chocolate Peanut Butter S’mores Dip is loaded with peanut butter, dark chocolate peanut butter, and topped with toasted marshmallows!
Ingredients
- 2-½ cups Milk Chocolate Chips
- 2 cups Peanut Butter & Co. Dark Chocolate Dreams Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Peanut Butter & Co. The Bees Knees Peanut Butter
- 12 ounces, weight (about 40 Regular-sized) Vanilla & Chocolate Flavored Swirled Marshmallows
- Graham Crackers For Serving, If Desired
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450ºF.
In a 9-inch cast iron skillet or other large skillet, spread chocolate chips evenly on bottom. Scoop peanut butter onto chocolate chips and evenly spread with a spatula, ensuring it covers the all of the chocolate. Top with marshmallows.
Bake for 7–10 minutes, or until marshmallows turn golden brown. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
