Description

Beat winter bloating with this Probiotic Green Smoothie. It’s lemony, tart, creamy and slightly sweet. Cleanse your digestive track and reduce bloating.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Coconut Water Kefir (See My TK Recipe Box)
  • 1 whole Apple
  • 1 whole Pear
  • 1 whole Cucumber, Skin Peeled And Chopped
  • 2 cups Spinach
  • ½ whole Avocado
  • 2 stalks Celery
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger, Rough Chopped
  • 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
  • 1 whole Lime, Juiced

Preparation

Put all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Note: If you are using a standard blender or a food processor (I used to use one before I bought a Vitamix), add the liquid and leafy greens first and blend them for about a minute or while you are chopping up the rest of the fruit and vegetables. Chop the fruit and veggies into smaller pieces so they blend more smoothly. Peel and grate the ginger instead of chopping it into chunks. Add in the avocado last.
