These shots combine simple ingredients that deliver a potent punch of immune-boosting power.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Water
- 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
- 2 Tablespoons Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Raw Honey
- 2 teaspoons Finely Grated Ginger
- 1 clove Garlic, Pressed
- 1 dash Cayenne
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a jar or other sealable container, seal it with a lid, shake it up and pour some into a fun shot glass. Drink up. Drink shots throughout the day to help alleviate cold and flu symptoms.
Store in the fridge.
My inspiration came from my mother. She used to make tinctures and other concoctions when I would get sick as a kid.
