This healthy Coconut Chia Pudding is a guilt-free way to satisfy a sweets craving.

Ingredients
- ½ cups Chia Seeds
- 1 can (13 1/2 Oz. Size) Coconut Milk
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- ¼ cups Maple Syrup
- Cut Berries Or Mango, For Serving
Preparation
In a large bowl, stir chia seeds, coconut milk, almond milk, and maple syrup until combined.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, until chia seeds have gelled and liquid has thickened. Serve with fruit. Enjoy!
Note: Make sure to use a homogenized full-fat coconut milk, not light coconut milk.
