Try these easy rose flavored white chocolate truffles with gulkand/rose petal jam to create a fusion that is both impressive and delectable!
Ingredients
- ¼ cups Fresh Cream Or Heavy Cream
- 25 grams Butter
- 250 grams White Chocolate, Roughly Chopped
- 2 drops Pink Food Coloring
- 2 Tablespoons Gulkand (rose Petal Jam)
- ½ teaspoons Rosewater (optional)
- Icing Sugar, For Rolling
Preparation
In a bowl, microwave cream and butter for about 1 minute, until just boiling. Add chopped chocolate, food coloring and gulkand or rose petal jam. Taste and add rosewater if you want a more pronounced rose flavour.
Stir mixture until chocolate has melted, microwaving an additional 30 seconds if necessary. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours, until firm.
Using a scoop, roll even amounts of mixture into balls about ½ inch in size. Return to the fridge for 10–15 minutes. Roll in icing sugar before serving.
