A wonderful summer appetizer for two, or a nice light lunch option.
Ingredients
- 2 whole Fresh Nectarines, Cut In Half, Pit Removed
- 2 Tablespoons Pure Honey
- 4 slices White Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Prepare small nonstick baking dishes, one for each serving.
Place 2 nectarine halves, cut side up, into each baking dish. Drizzle with honey. Top each half with 1 slice cheese. Pop into the oven and bake 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve and enjoy! We love these as an appetizer but you could also enjoy this as a light weekend lunch.
