I am trying to do 80% raw these days and easy lunch options seem to be key. Today I had a craving for cucumber tea sandwiches so I made a raw version that is even better. This recipe only takes a couple minutes to make and is full of beautiful light energy which will make you look and feel amazing.
Ingredients
- 1-½ cup Cashews
- 3 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1 dash Sea Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Water
Preparation
Put the ingredients into a high-powered blender and process until smooth. Add water until the consistency is smooth. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
