Description

These Greek Chicken Salad Pitas are going to be your new meal prep favorite! Whip them up on Sunday, and you’ll have lunch all week long!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cups Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3 cloves Grated Garlic
  • 1  Medium Cucumber, Peeled, Deseeded, And Chopped
  • 2 packages (12 Oz. Size) Tyson Foods Refrigerated Fully Cooked Chicken Breast, Diced
  • 4  Roma Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 3 ounces, fluid Feta Cheese, Crumbled
  • ¼  Kalamata Olives, Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, Chopped
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • Pitas, For Serving

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients (except the pitas) and mix well to combine. Chill for at least 30 minutes and spoon into pitas.
