Ingredients
- 1 cup Coconut Water
- 1 whole Medium Beet, Peeled And Cut Into Pieces
- 6 whole Strawberries, Hulled
- 3 whole Medjool Dates
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut (shredded Or Flaked)
- ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- Ice (optional)
Preparation
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with additional coconut flakes if desired. Sip! Slurp! Enjoy! Repeat.
