Ingredients
- 120 grams Flaxseed
- 400 milliliters Almond Drink (almond Milk) Or Another Herbal Milk Alternative
- 1 Banana
- 1 Apple
- Ground Cinnamon
Preparation
In a bowl, mix flaxseed meal and almond drink. Refrigerate overnight.
When ready to serve, peel and slice banana. Wash apple, quarter, core, and slice.
Stir flaxseed pudding and transfer to cereal bowls. Garnish with fruit and sprinkle with cinnamon.
