Warm Pimento Goat Cheese Dip is a simple and addictive appetizer to serve at your next get-together!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Goat Cheese, Softened To Room Temperature
  • 1 cup Colby Cheese, Shredded
  • ¼ cups Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
  • ¼ cups Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cups Sour Cream
  • ½ cups Jarred Pimentos, Drained And Chopped Finely
  • 2 Tablespoons Dill Pickle Relish
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Chili Powder
  • Salt And Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Sliced Green Onions, For Garnish
  • For Serving: Radishes And Tortilla Chips

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 375 F and spray a small baking dish with non-stick spray. I used a 7-inch oval baker.

In a large bowl, combine the goat cheese, Colby cheese, Parmesan, mayo, sour cream, pimentos, relish, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder and a dash of salt and black pepper. Mix to fully combine.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, and spread to even out the top. Place it in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.

Remove from heat and let it cool for just a minute. Serve warm, garnished with green onions and served with radishes and tortilla chips! Enjoy!
