Ingredients
- ½ cups Coconut Milk (from A Carton)
- 1 cup Baby Spinach
- 1 whole Ripe Bananas, Peeled, Cut Into Chunks And Frozen
- ¾ cups Frozen Pineapple Chunks
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
Preparation
Add all the ingredients into a blender and puree for about 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
