Refreshing summer drink!
Ingredients
- 7 cups Water
- 8 whole Cardamom Pods
- 10 bags (Individual Size Bags) Black Tea
- ⅓ cups Sugar
- ⅓ cups Sweetened, Condensed Milk
- ½ cups Half-and-half
Preparation
Add the water and cardamom pods into a pot and bring to a boil. Once boil has been reached, turn heat off and put in the tea bags. Stir around and let them steep for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes pull the tea bags out. Now add in the sugar and condensed milk. Pour into a pitcher and cool in the fridge.
Once mixture has cooled down pour the mixture into your serving glasses. Add a few splashes of half-and-half to the top of each glass, stir with a straw and enjoy!
Optional: Pour about 1 cup to 1 1/2 cups of the tea mixture into ice cube trays. Let them freeze and use these instead of water ice cubes!
