Description
Frozen Hot Chocolate can be made quickly and easily! It’s chocolatey, cool and incredibly satisfying!
Ingredients
- 4 ounces, weight Semi-sweet Chocolate
- 2 teaspoons Powdered Chocolate Drink Mix Or Cocoa Mix
- 1 cup Liquid Chocolate-flavored Coffee Creamer (I Used International Delight)
- ½ cups Milk
- 3 cups Ice Cubes
- Optional For Garnish: Whipped Cream And Chocolate Shavings
Preparation
Melt chocolate in a microwave safe bowl (heat for 30 seconds at a time, stirring between additional increments). Stir in chocolate drink powder. Slowly add half of the liquid coffee creamer, stirring until mixture is smooth.
In a blender, combine remaining coffee creamer, milk and ice. Blend. Add chocolate mixture and blend until thick and creamy. Serve with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Serves 2.
