Description

If you’re in the mood for something fresh, this is the best option. This is literally the easiest recipe I’ve ever made. Tastes great and you can combine it with anything you want. (I’ve even put some ground whole wheat crackers in there.)

Ingredients

  • 400 grams Strawberries, Fresh
  • 4 Tablespoons Honey
  • ½ teaspoons Powdered Nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ teaspoons Powdered Cardamom
  • 50 milliliters Heavy Cream

Preparation

Puree strawberries in a blender. Add honey, nutmeg, vanilla, and cardamom. Blend again.

Add heavy cream and mix well, until creamy. Best when refrigerated before serving.
