Description

Here’s another easy-to-make Christmas dessert recipe that’s completely raw and vegan. I made my white chocolates in the shape of snowflakes using some silicone muffin molds, but you can use any kind of mold you want. Since white chocolate is usually made with dried or powdered milk (which doesn’t sound very healthy to me), I decided to add some shredded coconut instead to make my chocolate thicker and a little whiter.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons Cocoa Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil (optional)
  • 2 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
  • 4 Tablespoons Shredded Coconut
  • 3 Tablespoons Chopped Pistachios
  • 2 Tablespoons Dried Fruit And Candied Fruit

Preparation

Melt cocoa butter and coconut oil. Add sugar and mix everything well. Add shredded coconut and mix again.

You can add the nuts and the dried fruit to the mixture, or put them at the bottom of the silicone mold, so they will be visible when you take your chocolates out of the mold.

Pour the mixture into the molds and freeze for 30–40 minutes, refrigerate until hard.
