Description

Cool off during the hot summer months with these refreshing, naturally sweetened Papaya Lime Smoothies!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ripe Papaya
  • 2 whole Limes, Zest And Juice
  • ½ cups Greek Yogurt
  • ½ cups Milk
  • 4 Tablespoons Honey Or Maple Syrup

Preparation

Start by cutting the papaya in half lengthwise with a sharp knife. Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds from the center of both halves of the papaya. Discard the seeds. Use the spoon to scoop out the papaya fruit.

Place the papaya pulp in a blender, and add the rest of the ingredients. Puree in the blender until smooth. Serve in a glass and garnish with more yogurt, if desired, and enjoy!

Notes:
Recipe can easily be doubled or tripled.
Use non-dairy yogurt and milk for a vegan version.
