Description

Today’s healthy dessert recipe is for delicious and easy-to-make cookies that don’t require any flour or milk. This makes them gluten-free and paleo-friendly as well. They are full of protein, healthy fats, vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Tahini
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1  Egg
  • ½ teaspoons Baking Soda (optional)
  • Raisins, As Desired (optional)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F), or a little lower if your oven has a fan.

Mix nut butter with sweetener. Add eggs and baking soda, if using. Mix until everything is well combined; the mixture should be thick and sticky but also rather runny. Add raisins to the mixture or just add them as a decoration on top of the cookies.

Put some baking paper (or aluminum foil) on your baking tray. Pour about 2/3 of a tablespoon of the mixture onto the paper to shape the cookies. Leave enough space between them, because they’ll expand in the oven.

Bake for about 10 minutes and keep an eye on them.
