These pumpkin waffles don’t just taste amazing, they get you into the fall spirit!
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Flour
- 1 ounces, weight Vanilla Protein Powder Whey
- ⅓ cups Pumpkin Puree
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 dash Salt
Preparation
In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well incorporated; set aside. Heat waffle iron on medium heat and coat with cooking spray. Scoop ¼ cup of the batter into the waffle iron and cook until lightly brown.
Top with whipped cream, chopped pecans, and syrup. Enjoy!
