Description
A protein-filled smoothie with the flavor knock-off of Ben & Jerry’s Blueberry and Vanilla Greek Frozen Yogurt. With an added graham cracker swirl.
Ingredients
- ¾ cups Blueberries
- 1 Banana, Peeled And Frozen
- 1 Tablespoon Almond Butter (or Use Another Kind Of Nut Butter Or Tahini As Well)
- 2 Tablespoons Hemp Seed Hearts
- 2 Tablespoons Flax Seeds
- 1 Tablespoon Oats
- 2 Medjool Dates, Pitted & Chopped
- ⅓ cups Greens (I Prefer Spinach And Kale), Optional
- 1 cup Coconut Water (or Any Nut Milk, Or Water)
- 1 whole Scoop Of Vanilla Or Unflavored Protein Powder (a Scoop Is 1/3 To 1/2 Cup), Optional
Preparation
Put all ingredients into a blender, put the lid on and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Adjust the liquid at the end for desired consistency. If you like a smoothie that’s a little runnier, just add more liquid. If you’d like your smoothie thicker, add a few ice cubes. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
