  • 2  Green Apples, Halved And Quartered
  • 4 stalks Celery
  • 1  Lemon, Peeled
  • 6 leaves Romaine
  • 5 leaves Kale
  • 1  Cucumber, Peeled

Preparation

Wash all the ingredients and pass them through a juicer. As simple as that! Serve immediately with ice if you wish.
