Description

Celebrate summer and create memories around the table with this Easy One-Pot Shrimp Boil flavored with melted garlic butter.

Ingredients

  • 3 ears Ears, Cut Into Thirds
  • 1 pound Honey Gold Potatoes, Halved
  • 1 sprig Fresh Thyme
  • 2 Tablespoons Bay Seasoning
  • 1  Bay Leaf
  • 1 whole Lemon, Quartered
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 pound Shrimp
  • 12 ounces, weight Smoked Sausage Cooked, Cut Into Thirds
  • 1 bag (12 Oz. Size) Frozen Pearl Onions
  • 6 Tablespoons Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Minced

Preparation

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. When boiling, add corn and potatoes along with fresh thyme, bay seasoning, bay leaf, lemon and salt. Boil for 10–12 minutes.

Add shrimp, sausage and onion. Cook for an additional 3–5 minutes. Meanwhile, melt butter and minced garlic together.

Using a slotted spoon, transfer everything to a large baking sheet. Pour garlic butter over shrimp and veggies. You can either serve it as is or broil for 3–5 minutes for a touch of color.
