These Amazeballs are healthy, easy to make, and taste just like cookie dough! It’s the perfect pre- or post-workout snack!
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Vanilla Or Chocolate Protein Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Shredded Coconut (unsweetened)
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1 pinch Ground Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Preparation
In a mini food processor, add protein powder, nut butter, coconut, honey, cinnamon and salt. Pulse until it starts to clump together.
Add in chocolate chips and continue pulsing until well combined.
Roll dough into balls. Store in a zip-top bag in the refrigerator.
