Description

Corn chaat is a kid-friendly and healthy snack to make in very little time.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen Corn
  • 1 teaspoon Butter, Plus More To Serve
  • 1-½ teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Amchur Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • Coriander Leaves, Chopped, For Garnish

Preparation

Microwave frozen corn kernels in 1 cup water on high for 5 minutes. Drain water completely and set aside.

Heat a wok or pan and add butter. Once butter has melted, add cooked corn and keep the heat low. Add the spices and salt.

Stir well over low heat for 3 minutes and turn off stove. Serve hot with a glaze of butter and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
