Description
Olive oil, Dijon mustard and vinegar are mixed with garlic, lime, lemon and brown sugar for this dynamite marinade that is so good you might regret not saving a little on the side for dipping!
Ingredients
- 3 whole Chicken Breasts, Cut In Half Lengthwise And Flattened
- FOR THE MARINADE:
- ¼ cups Apple Cider Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 whole Lime, Juiced
- ½ whole Lemon, Juiced
- 1-½ teaspoon Sea Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper
- ¼ cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preparation
Mix the marinade ingredients together in a bowl except the olive oil. Drizzle the oil in very slowly while whisking quickly.
Put the chicken in a large Ziploc bag and pour between 1/2 to 3/4 of the marinade over it. Put chicken in the fridge and marinate at least 2 hours.
Grill chicken over medium/high heat and cook until juices run clear.
