Spice up your spring! This novel way to use up those radishes is surprisingly fresh and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Radishes, Finely Chopped
  • ¾ cups Jalapeños, Seeded And Small-diced
  • 6 whole Green Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 2 whole Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Cilantro, Finely Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice, Freshly Squeezed
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt

Preparation

Prepare the salsa ingredients and place them in a medium-sized bowl. Mix until evenly combined. To save time, consider chopping the radishes in a food processor, but take care not to over chop.

Store in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve. This recipe tastes best if sits in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours before serving, so that the flavors come together.
