Luscious 3 ingredient orange cardamom smoothie. Literally takes a minute to make this energy boosting breakfast smoothie!
Ingredients
- 2 whole Bananas, Frozen, Cut In Chunks
- ¼ cups Orange Juice, Fresh Or Bottled, Up To Double The Amount As Desired
- ¼ teaspoons Cardamom Powder
Preparation
Blend all the three ingredients together until smooth and frothy, adding additional orange juice slowly as needed for desired consistency.
Note: If sweetener is needed, while blending, add dates, honey, maple syrup, almond butter or sugar to taste.
