Description
Pico de gallo is a pretty simple recipe. The trick is getting the proportions of everything just right. After several trials and errors, I think I have it perfected!
Ingredients
- 3 Roma Tomatoes, Diced
- ¼ Large Onion, Diced
- 1 Jalapeno, Seeded And Diced
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Cilantro
- ½ Tablespoons Lime Juice (up To Double This Amount If Desired)
Preparation
Put all of the chopped ingredients into a bowl and add the lime juice. Toss so it is evenly dispersed. Enjoy!
