Description
Silver tequila, Grand Marnier and lots of citrus. Much better than the mixes and just about as easy!
Ingredients
- FOR THE SIMPLE SYRUP:
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- FOR THE MARGARITAS:
- 4 Limes
- 1 Orange
- 1 Lemon
- 6 Tablespoons Simple Syrup
- 1 cup Silver Tequila
- ¼ cups Triple Sec
- ¼ cups Grand Marnier
- 1 cup Ice Plus Extra Crushed Ice For Serving
Preparation
Make the simple syrup combining the sugar and water in a small saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally until sugar is completely melted. Remove from heat and let it cool. You won’t use all of it for a single batch of margaritas.
Juice the limes, orange and lemon into a bowl. This will make just over a 1/2 cup of juice. Put the juice and all remaining ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into your glasses over crushed ice and enjoy.
