Dairy-free hot beverage with a kick of coconut.
Ingredients
- 24 ounces, fluid Coconut Milk
- 3 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan on the stovetop. Heat to a boil, stirring continually.
Transer contents to a blender and blend until foamy, 30 seconds or so. Serve immediately in mugs, sprinkled with shredded coconut if desired.
