Ingredients
- 1 cup Peeled Mango Cubes
- ½ cups Thick Greek Yogurt
- ¾ cups Milk (cold)
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar, Or To Taste
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
- ⅛ teaspoons Ground Cardamom
- ⅛ teaspoons Ground Pistachios (optional Topping)
Preparation
1. Add all ingredients (except pistachios) into a blender or food processor, put on the lid and blend until smooth.
2. Taste test and adjust salt and sugar if necessary. You can add more cold water to adjust the consistency to your preference.
3. Pour into two glasses and top with ground pistachios, if desired.
