Tater tot casseroles are a great easy meal that the whole family loves. There are so many different casseroles that you make, from beef to chicken. This tater tot casserole is creamy and cheesy with beef, vegetables and cheese, topped with crispy tater tots. The best thing about this casserole is that you need only 5 ingredients to make it, making the perfect budget-friendly weeknight meal.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 2 cans (14 Oz. Size) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1 bag (10 Oz. Size) Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 bag (32 Oz. Size) Frozen Tater Tots
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks. Cook until beef is no longer pink. Drain grease from skillet.
Add cream of mushroom soup and frozen vegetables into the skillet with the beef and let cook for a couple more minutes, until veggies are heated through.
Spread the beef and veggie mixture out into a large greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Top with frozen tater tots in a single layer. Bake for 40–45 minutes.
