No need to head out for your morning latte! These slow cooker pumpkin spiced lattes are so easy to make and delicious for a small crowd.
Ingredients
- 7 cups Brewed Regular Coffee
- 1-½ cup Half-and-half
- 1 cup Canned Pumpkin Puree
- ½ cups Granulated Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice, Plus Additional For Sprinkling On Top
- 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Spice Extract
- Whipped Cream For Topping
Preparation
Get out a slow cooker and combine all of the ingredients in it except the whipped cream. Give it all a quick stir, then seal the slow cooker and cook it on high for an hour. When it is done, simply ladle it into mugs and top with whipped cream and another sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice! You can also easily refrigerate it for a couple of days and serve it on ice if you prefer iced coffee.
