I have been searching for the perfect mint chocolate smoothie that is low-cal and utilizes spinach. This is it! It is great for breakfast or dessert!
Ingredients
- ½ whole Peeled Banana
- ½ cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2 cups Baby Spinach
- 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
- 10 drops Liquid Vanilla Stevia
- ¼ teaspoons Mint Extract
- ⅛ whole Peeled And Pitted Avocado (optional)
- ¾ cups Ice
Preparation
1. Put all ingredients except ice into your blender and blend until smooth.
2. Add ice and blend again until smooth.
