I have been searching for the perfect mint chocolate smoothie that is low-cal and utilizes spinach. This is it! It is great for breakfast or dessert!

Ingredients

  • ½ whole Peeled Banana
  • ½ cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 cups Baby Spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
  • 10 drops Liquid Vanilla Stevia
  • ¼ teaspoons Mint Extract
  • ⅛ whole Peeled And Pitted Avocado (optional)
  • ¾ cups Ice

Preparation

1. Put all ingredients except ice into your blender and blend until smooth.
2. Add ice and blend again until smooth.
