Chocolate ice cream blended with Irish cream and coffee ice cubes. What could be better?
Ingredients
- ¾ cups Irish Cream, I Used Bailey’s
- 2 pints Chocolate Ice Cream
- 12 whole Coffee Ice Cubes (frozen Leftover Coffee)
- Milk, Only If Needed To Thin It
- 4 Tablespoons Chocolate Syrup
Preparation
Freeze left over coffee in a standard size ice cube tray (you’ll need 12 cubes for this recipe).
Combine the Irish cream, chocolate ice cream and coffee ice cubes in a Ninja blender and blend until smooth, adding milk only if necessary.
Squeeze chocolate sauce onto the inside of 2 glasses and rotate glass while you continue to squeeze the syrup, completely coating the inside of your glasses. Pour milkshake mixture into the glasses and serve immediately.
