Description
Refreshing “lazy day” summer smoothie.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight Coconut Water Or Almond Milk
- 3 leaves Kale (or Spinach), Stalks Removed
- ½ Avocado, Peeled And Pitted
- ½ Banana, Peeled And Frozen
- 2 Tablespoons Ground Flax Seeds
Preparation
Place all ingredients into a blender, put the lid on and blend until smooth.
If you don’t have a powerhouse blender like a Vitamix, put the greens in with the almond milk first and process to get them broken down, then add other ingredients and continue mixing.
