Ingredients
- 1 head Roasted Garlic
- 15 ounces, weight Canned Beets, Drained
- ¼ cups Tahini
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- Salt And Pepper
Preparation
Put roasted garlic, beets, tahini, and olive oil in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Add more salt and pepper if needed and blend again.
