Description

Tastes just like peach pie, with all the warm spices, but in an icy cold smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Full-ripened Peaches, Peeled And Roughly Chopped
  • 6 ounces, weight Peach Yogurt
  • ½ cups Soy, Low-fat, Or Almond Milk
  • 1 To 2 Teaspoons Chia Seeds, To Taste
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (omit If Using Vanilla Soy Milk)
  • ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • Pinch Of Nutmeg And Allspice
  • ½ teaspoons Honey, If Needed
  • ½ cups Ice Cubes, Or More, If Needed

Preparation

Add peaches, yogurt, soy milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract (if using), cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice in a blender and mix until well incorporated. Taste and add honey, if needed, and more spices, to taste. Add ice and blend until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and enjoy!
