Everything you love about jalapeño poppers in breakfast form.
Ingredients
- 5 whole Eggs
- ½ cups Milk
- ½ teaspoons Seasoned Salt
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Chopped, Cooked Bacon
- 2 Tablespoons Cream Cheese
- 1 whole Jalapeño, Sliced Thinly
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Start by whisking together the eggs, milk, seasoned salt, cheese and bacon in a medium-sized bowl. Pour this mixture into a baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. I baked this in a round, 10-inch in diameter, baking dish. You may need to adjust your baking time depending on the size of the baking dish you use.
Pull off little chunks of cream cheese and place them around the top of the egg mixture. Do the same and place the jalapeño slices on the top as well.
Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes depending on how big of a baking dish you are using.
Remove from the oven and serve.
