Ingredients
- FOR THE SMOOTHIE:
- ⅔ cups Noosa Lemon Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 2 whole Bananas, Diced
- ⅔ cups Oats
- 1 dash Cinnamon
- ½ cups Milk
- ¼ cups Frozen Blueberries
- Honey For Drizzling
- FOR THE STREUSEL:
- ½ cups Oats
- ¼ cups All-purpose Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- ½ sticks Unsalted Butter
Preparation
For the smoothie:
In a small food processor (I use a small Cuisinart one or you can place everything in a jar with a lid and add it to a food processor later), place all ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. The next morning, blend the ingredients until slightly smooth. Pour into a breakfast bowl and garnish with streusel and a drizzle of honey. Omit streusel if you wan to keep it healthier.
For the streusel:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. In a bowl, combine ingredients. Place streusel on baking sheet and spread evenly with the back of a spoon. Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. You might want to stir the streusel occasionally making sure it doesn’t burn.
