Description
Coconut milk, banana, and date popsicles made with Greek yogurt.
Ingredients
- 12 Pitted Dates
- 1 cup Sweet Cream Of Coconut (or Coconut Cream)
- ½ cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Large Ripe Banana, Peeled And Chopped
- ¼ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
Preparation
Soak dates in hot water for about 5 minutes to soften them. Remove dates from the water and add to a high-speed blender along with coconut milk, yogurt, banana, and cinnamon. Blend ingredients together until smooth.
Pour into 6 to 7 popsicle molds and freeze until solid, about 4 hours or overnight.
To unmold, dip the popsicle molds in running water or leave out for a few minutes.
