Description
A healthy, thick, full of protein and fiber chilled drink made with oatmeal, yogurt and berries.
Ingredients
- ½ cups Strawberries, Fresh Or Frozen
- ¼ cups Blueberries
- ¼ cups Rolled Oats
- ½ cups Greek Yogurt
- ½ cups Non-fat Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. If using fresh fruit, add about 1/4 cup of ice.
