Ingredients

  • 16  Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Tenders, Defrosted
  • 1 cup Newman’s Own Lite Balsamic Dressing

Preparation

Defrost chicken breast tenders in refrigerator. Place defrosted chicken breast tenders in gallon-size zip lock bag. Add salad dressing and seal bag, removing some of the air. Smush bag around until all chicken breast tenders are covered in salad dressing. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to marinate.

Remove chicken from refrigerator and heat grill pan on medium-high. Using tongs, add chicken breast tenders to hot grill pan. Cook for 5 minutes. Flip chicken breast tenders over and cook for another 4–5 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and has dark grill marks. Remove from heat, transfer to platter and serve.
