Description
Peach is rich in potassium which helps maintain good health and prevent high blood pressure. Raw peach juice does not only have a high vitamin content but also provides great cardiovascular benefits.
Ingredients
- 3 whole Peaches, Cut In Half
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger Juice
- 1-½ teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 2 envelopes (Individual Sachets) Sugar Substitute
- 20 Ice Cubes
Preparation
Freeze the peaches in the freezer till they are hard. Add the ginger juice, lemon juice, sugar substitute and ice cubes and blend till slushy.
Serve immediately.
