This healthy Mango Banana Avocado Smoothie with chia seeds makes a great breakfast or lunch meal.
Ingredients
- 1 Mango, Sliced Or Cubed
- 1 whole Banana, Frozen
- ½ whole Avocado
- ½ cups Greek Yogurt
- ½ cups Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 Tablespoon Honey Or Other Sweetener
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together in a food processor or blender until combined and smooth. Add more milk for thinner consistency.
Serve immediately since avocado tends to turn brown after a while.
