Description

This is one of those meals where you just throw everything in the crockpot and go do your thing. When you return, you will be welcomed with a meal that is flavor-packed and ready to be devoured. Your house will also smell amazing too! The pepperoncinis give the chicken a little kick and the broth creates a great gravy that is jut begging to be served on top of mashed potatoes, cauliflower mash, rice, or cauliflower rice.

Ingredients

  • 4  Chicken Breast
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 1 bottle (16 Oz. Size) Sliced Pepperoncini
  • 1 whole Green Bell Pepper, Sliced
  • 1 whole Red Bell Pepper, Sliced
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth

Preparation

Season chicken breast liberally with salt and pepper. Place in crock pot.

Add entire contents of pepperoncini jar and remaining ingredients into the crockpot. Cook on high for 4 hours. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Serve chicken breast whole or shredded, on top of rice (regular or cauliflower) or mashed potatoes or cauliflower.
