Description

Open-faced avocado cheese sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • 1  Avocado
  • 1 bunch Dill (small)
  • 4 Tablespoons Cream Cheese
  • ⅓ teaspoons Salt
  • 6 slices Whole Grain Bread

Preparation

Peel the avocado, remove the pit and mash it until it’s pureed. Chop the dill. Mix the avocado puree, cream cheese and dill in a small bowl. Add salt and stir well.

Spread 1 tablespoon of the avocado/cheese mixture on every bread slice. Serve the avocado cheese sandwiches immediately.
