Description
Chopped avocado, tomato, onion black beans, lime and cilantro. Yum! Serve it with your favorite tortilla chips.
Ingredients
- 1 whole Large Tomato, Seeded And Chopped
- ½ Red Onion, Minced
- ½ cans (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 3 Ripe Avocados, Peeled, Pitted And Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
- 1 pinch Ground Pepper, Or To Taste
- ½ cups Chopped Fresh Cilantro, Or More To Taste
Preparation
Stir tomato, red onion, black beans, and avocado together in a large bowl.
Mix lime juice, salt, black pepper, and cilantro into avocado mixture and mash with a fork until desired texture is achieved.
Serve immediately with chips.
