Description

Gluten-free and dairy-free potato and chicken sausage hash.

Ingredients

  • 250 grams New Potatoes, Halved
  • Olive Oil, As Needed
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1  Onion, Diced
  • 1  Pepper, Sliced
  • 2  Gluten-Free Chicken Sausages, Sliced Into Coins
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 1  Avocado, Peeled And Sliced
  • Chili Flakes, For Garnish

Preparation

Place potatoes in a pan of salted boiling water for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside.

In a shallow pan over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Add garlic, paprika, onion, pepper and sausages. Saute for 5 minutes.

Add potatoes and sauté for 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Divide between bowls and top with sliced avocado and chilli flakes.
