Description

An easy strawberry and oatmeal on-the-go smoothie.

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Strawberries, Cleaned, Stemmed And Quartered
  • 1 cup Milk, Dairy Or Plant-based Milk Of Choice
  • 2 teaspoons Maple Syrup
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • A Few Ice Cubes (optional)

Preparation

In a blender or food processor, grind oats until they are broken down into powder. Add in the strawberries and milk, pulse until all the strawberries are pureed. Add maple syrup and vanilla and blend for 30-45 seconds until well combined. Add 3-4 ice cubes and blend if a frostier consistency is desired.
